30-Day Refund Policy

We stand behind our services with a straightforward refund policy

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Service Not Accessed: The service has not been accessed or used in any way
  • Filing Not Initiated: The filing process has not been initiated with any government agency
  • Filing Not Completed: No filing or registration has been completed on your behalf

Processing Fee Deduction

Please note that up to 5% may be deducted from your refund amount to cover credit card processing fees and/or bank fees incurred during the original transaction. This deduction applies to all approved refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The filing process has already been initiated with FMCSA or any government agency
  • The registration or filing has been completed
  • The request is made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
  • Government fees that have already been paid to agencies (these are non-refundable by law)
