DOTFilePro provides DOT filing and compliance services, including but not limited to USDOT registration, MC authority applications, BOC-3 filings, UCR registration, and related compliance services. We act as a third-party filing agent on your behalf.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for all filings
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your information
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Maintain required insurance and comply with FMCSA regulations
- Pay all fees associated with your selected services
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are disclosed upfront before you submit your application. Payment is due at the time of service. Government filing fees, where applicable, are separate from our service fees and will be clearly disclosed.
5. Refund Policy
If we are unable to complete your filing for any reason within our control, or if you are not satisfied with our service before submission, you may request a full refund. Once an application has been submitted to a government agency, refunds are at our discretion.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
While we strive for accuracy and timely processing, we cannot guarantee approval of any application, as final decisions rest with the relevant government agencies. We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
DOTFilePro's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DOTFilePro and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
